What to expect during your pet’s exam

Our Goal is always to provide a fear free experience for our patients

Great News!  As a Fear Free practice, we know that most pets are happier and more relaxed during their exams if they are given the benefit of a relaxing waiting experience. We have found that pets are more relaxed staying with their families in their vehicle before appointments. Pet parents have even let us know that avoiding being in our lobby with other pets and their people have helped their pets to have a more positive experience with us. For these reasons we are going to continue to allow you and your pets to remain in your vehicle prior to coming inside for your exam .

Patients that will be seeing our technicians will be escorted into the building by our veterinary assistants while you wait comfortably in your vehicle. 

Please text or call when you arrive and a client care specialist will check-in you and your pet.
